Top notch care and attention for my child. I had family at children's a few years back and when my son needed to be seen it was one of the first places I called to get him in. The care is beyond what I would want for my family. Thank you.

Good experience

The experience, and the treatment, and the doctor's knowledge, and everything associated with anything that was done to my child was great. What my biggest frustration is, is how long it takes to be seen. My child had some things that needs to be addressed to completely changed the quality of his life, and it took far too long to be able to be seen, to have surgery, to be seen again. So, if there can be something done to be able to speed up the process for people to actually be seen, and a course of action to be determined, that would be extremely helpful.

Katie was amazing! We had her for both appointments (consultation and post-op) and she did an excellent job listening attentively to our concerns and providing guidance. She was knowledgeable and explained things well which gave peace of mind. Highly recommend!

ENT diagnosis and surgery scheduled took 1 meeting and call, thank you. That took 3 months at Park-Nicholette plus MN Childrens provided a hearing test which PN did not. After surgery my child regained all her hearing loss. We are so grateful for the amazing and attentive care by the all women team we had. It was so refreshing to experience feminist ethics of care in a hospital setting. Phenomenal service.

So we have had great experiences with this provider, every single time we show up, [she's] very thorough, very thoughtful answers. All your questions. Does not make us feel rushed in what we are concerned with. And every single staff member that we ran into was more than accommodating, very polite, very helpful. They actually squeezed us into an appointment which we really appreciated. Yes , and overall everyone was awesome and Incredibly nice and went above and beyond for us.

The Dr. we saw was AMAZING! She listened to our concerns, answered thoroughly. Our son was scared and in pain and she was so great with him. I would 10/10 recommend her and go back to her!

Loved having the PA and PT assess my son a the same time. They were so great! The orthotist was awesome as well.

The PA was really great.

The testing was a little too long, my son got bored of the hearing test. Need to find testing that fits his age that will help him direct his attention to complete the test in a timely manner, rather than returning to the clinic for hearing retest/ reevaluation without charging extra cost and time.

The staff is amazing from check in , to meeting with the team and going over future follow up and care. Everyone was so on point with information and with handling the helmet scan appointment. Couldn't be happier with the care the whole team provides . Children's staff goes above and beyond and that's why we travel the distance we do! You have an amazing team !

I was disappointed that there wasn't much for child-friendly entertainment in the waiting room or patient rooms. I expected more of that for Children's Hospital. Our local pediatric office has a lot more kid oriented things that help keep kids' attention and make the visit a more positive experience.

Great experience

Front desk scheduler went out of his way to get us in to see the Dr. even though I had showed up on the wrong day. I was incredibly grateful and he also was very interactive with my son which I appreciate people who go above and beyond.
