Very positive experience with Madeline Smith and our first visit with audiology. Very fortunate to get into an appointment right away and get helpful information moving forward.

I couldn't say anything better about my experience with Children's thus far. My son was in the NICU for the first few weeks of his life and then was dx as being deaf. As anyone can imagine, it's been a whirlwind of emotions. We have been working closely with Madeline, Audiologist and she has made this adventure as we call it, a little less stressful. She's always available to answer our questions and be there to encourage us!

I don't recall her name, but the audiologist who saw my son was EXTREMELY helpful, and certainly showed a ton of care for him. She answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) in a very respectful, professional, and caring manner.

The audiologist was professional and expertly administered the test despite my son trying to outsmart the test. She is everything I expect in a children's audiologist

When I arrived the appointment I scheduled wasn't there so I originally had to reschedule. Luckily, the appointment before mine ended early so they were able to squeeze us in. The front desk employee and the provider were amazing! Unfortunate scheduling issue but great in clinic experience. Thank you!

The lady that helped us was SO sweet. She was so gentle with my daughter. She made everything run so smoothly.
