In October, the McNeely Diabetes Center will open a Teen Diabetes Clinic. The clinic will be held at the Woodbury location on Tuesdays. We are excited about the new team model that we will be piloting in efforts to improve the care we provide to our teenage patients. Clinic appointments are available for any child with diabetes who is 12 years of age or older. Please considering attending the new Teen Prep Academy Course (detailed below) at which we will provide some additional details about the Teen Clinic. Watch for more details about the clinic in the Fall 2017 Diabetes Care Connection Newsletter as well!
