How you can support Children’s

Chandra Bloodgood Kavati As the year comes to a close, Children’s embraces a culture of generosity exemplified by many donors.  In fact, 40 percent of our annual donations arrive in December.

We are grateful for this support.  Without it, we could not support the clinical excellence, family-centered care and community care to which Minnesotans have become accustomed.

Want to do your part to support Children’s?  Here are a couple of ways you can help:

  • Visit our year-end website,, to watch moving stories and share your favorite with your networks – use e-mail, Facebook, LinkedIn or any other tools at your disposal. While you’re there, make a gift to support your favorite Children’s strength.
  • Go to Borders through Dec. 31 and donate books to Children’s
  • Check out our online Wish List.  You can purchase items for our Child Life department to use with patients in the hospital.
  • You can also consider including Children’s in your estate plan or make a gift of appreciated stock.

Children’s is fortunate to be part of a generous community.  Thanks to everyone for all you do to support us!
