This year’s list includes 383 doctors in 43 specialties, who were selected after a peer-nomination process. Candidates were evaluated on myriad factors, including (but not limited to) professional achievement, review by an expert physician panel, extensive research and disciplinary history. Only doctors who received the highest total points from the surveys, research and blue-ribbon panel were selected to this list.
