Julia’s Big Adventures: 5k run/walk and kids festival

Come join us on Saturday, June 3rd at Prairie Park in Otsego for a fun-filled morning to raise funds for Children’s Minnesota! The event is organized and hosted by Julia, a very special 11 year old who has been a pulmonary patient at Children’s since she was 5 years old. Though her condition requires careful management and ongoing care from Children’s, she is a thriving, active kid with a generous heart to give back.

Walk or run at your own pace on the beautiful trails, play on the playground, splash pad, basketball courts, skate ramps and more! Enjoy rockin’ music hosted by a live DJ, a free photo booth, a game area with giant Jenga, Yahtzee, and Bean Bags, a chance to win amazing prizes, and a dog stop with treats and water for your pup! Hot dogs and burger baskets from Boondox Bar & Grill will be available for $5, which include all the fixins, their homemade chips, and a cookie from Blue Egg Bakery.
