Pediatric Quality and Patient Safety Conference: Collaborating to Make Pediatric Health Care Safer in Minnesota

Welcome to the 5^th annual Pediatric Quality and Patient Safety Conference, a forum where we gather to collaborate and share best practices that promote optimal health care for children in our communities. This conference serves as an opportunity to educate care providers and leaders serving pediatric populations throughout the state of Minnesota. This year’s topics will focus on: humanizing health care, optimizing the patient, family, and staff experience, developing a safety culture within our organization, improving staff safety, and strategies that promote prevention of hospital associated conditions. We will also explore current and future trends in quality and patient safety both at the national and local level, as well as understanding Minnesota’s efforts in supporting health equity.
