Message Center Pools will now be managed by the employee. Managers no longer need to submit a ServiceNow request on behalf of new employee during the onboarding process. The manager can advise the employee which pools are appropriate.
The following pools are restricted and require a ServiceNow request to set up appropriate access:
- Health Information Mgmt (HIM)
- MCRC Clinician
- MCRC Office
- MCRC Psych
