M*Modal Fluency Direct will be upgraded beginning May 3, 2022 at 11:00pm. End users should not notice a significant change in how Fluency Direct functions; however, the logo has changed.
When the desktop application is opened, the colors now display in blue rather than orange.
Action Items:
DESKTOP PC:
Restart your computer and make sure your PC is left at the CTRL+ALT+DELETE screen prior to leaving your workstations on 5/3/2022.
Failure to do this will result in the software failing to update on your device.
LAPTOP:
Make sure the laptop is powered ON and left at the CTRL+ALT+DELETE screen.
The Laptop must be on Children’s network to receive the upgrade push.
Failure to do this will result in the Fluency Direct Software failing to update on your device.

NOTE: If you use a copy of the shortcut on the Task Bar to launch Fluency Direct (rather than the desktop shortcut), it will need to be deleted and replaced by dragging the new shortcut to the Task Bar.
