PowerChart Touch has been updated with the following features:
- Manual refresh for documentation components
- New message indicator for Message Center
Manual Refresh for documentation components
Documentation components in PowerChart Touch will now have manual refresh buttons. This feature will allow for smoother transitions when switching between the desktop version of Cerner and PowerChart Touch while documenting in a patient’s chart.
New Message indicator
The envelope icon will display in reference to the total number of unread items in Message Center. Tapping the envelope icon will open the Message Center app.
Note: The number that is displayed references the total number of unread items in your Message center. It is not specific to the patient chart you are viewing.
If you do not have access to the features above, you may need to logout and log back in to the PowerChart Touch and/or Message Center application. Tap the hamburger menu and logout.
