Facility billing has been added to Clinic Intake PowerForms to streamline ambulatory nursing workflow.

Impacted powerforms:

• Clinic Intake
• Clinic Intake Primary Care
• Heart Clinic Intake

Additional information: 

• When using the Clinic Intake PowerForm for billing, there will not be a prompt for performing location. The performing location will be determined automatically.
• Support staff who do not use a Clinic Intake PowerForm will continue to utilize the Facility Billing PowerForm located in AdHhoc Charting in the Billing folder.
