Due to updates in connection with the Patient Access Uplift (PAU) project, Lab Letter note types reflect the following changes:

A. The Lab Letter is now addressed to Regarding rather than Parent of.   

B. Patient’s address displays instead of guardian address.

C. To the Parent or Guardian of has been removed.
