Document filters have been adjusted for Hospital and Ambulatory Workflow Summary pages. There will be a standard set of filters containing the same documents across Workflow Summary pages.
Note:
- Cardiology Workflow Summary pages will include Cardiac Transplant and Heart Clinic eCW Historical filters.
- The following Workflow Summary pages will not be updated at this time: Audiology, Rehab, Social Work, Child Life, Op Note, Anesthesia, and Nursing. These Workflow Summary pages will be updated in a future Sprint Release.
Please contact your Informatics partner if a commonly viewed document is not present in a filter view.
Hospital Document Filters:
- Facility Defined: default filter containing almost all documents
- Hospital provider documents: H&Ps, Progress Notes, Consults, Narrative Summaries
- Hospital nursing documents
- ED, Surgery, Anesthesia, Clinic, Well Child visit, Phone Messages, Letters, Action plans, Treatment plans, and Multidisciplinary documents
- Note: Does not include Rehab documents due to volume of daily notes. See Rehab filter.
- Provider Only: Provider documents: H&Ps, Progress Notes, Consults, Narrative Summaries, ED, Surgery, Anesthesia, Clinic, Well Child visit
- Rehab: All Rehab documents
