New Arrived Status for Telehealth Appointments

When the patient/family joins their Telehealth appointment from their MyChildren’s patient portal, the status will display as Arrived rather than Checked In.

This change was made to more accurately reflect the status of the appointment. The previous status of Checked In inaccurately implied that checked in activities (i.e. pre-reg encounter activation, insurance validation, guarantor assignment, etc.) were completed. The Arrived status is an accurate indicator that the patient/family is in the virtual waiting room and can be checked in.
