IView Navigator Bands have received a variety of updates surrounding Psychosocial Assessments.
- Thoughts of Self Harm questions have been removed from the Restraints and Mental Health Supervision Navigator Band.
- These questions will now display as Self-Injurious Behaviors (SIB) and will be included in the Psychosocial Assessment section of multiple navigator bands.
2. Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (CSSRS) documentation has been removed from the MH Pediatric Systems Assessment Navigator Band.
3. The Psychosocial Assessment section will now display the following assessments:
- Lalemand ® Red Behavior Scale
- Suicidal Ideation (SI)
- Self-Injurious Behaviors (SIB)
- Previously Thoughts of Self-Harm questions
- Harm to Others/Homicidal Ideation (HI)
4. The following IView Navigator Bands have been updated to include the Psychosocial Assessment section:
- Adult ICU Systems Assessments
- Adult Systems Assessment
- ED Pediatric Systems Assessment
- Hem/Onc Assessments
- MH Quick View
- MH Pediatric Systems Assessment
- PICU Systems Assessment
- Pediatric Systems Assessment
- SPS Systems
