The Letters folder has been moved up one level in the document hierarchy. The Letter folder is now located under the Clinical Documents folder. Previously, the Letters folder was located under the Clinic Notes folder.
Letter document types include, but are not limited to:
- Annual Survivorship Clinic Visit
- Dietitian Attempt to Schedule
- ENT Pre-op Clearance Letter
- Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Eligibility Checklist
