The Children’s Minnesota Emergency Departments will be adopting the Cerner LaunchPoint EMR application on September 26, 2023.

LaunchPoint will streamline documentation by reducing the number of charting elements in triage, providing a consistent and efficient way to assign each ED visit, and optimizing the clinician discharge process while improving compliance to key organizational discharge activities.

A new ED LaunchPoint Training Resources page, which includes eLearning overviews and additional training resources, has been created and is now available in the EMR Center.
