The Travel Status section of the following Admission Assessment powerforms has been updated:

• Admission Assessment-Inpatient
• Admission Assessment-Observation
• Admission Assessment-Outpatient in a Bed

If you select Yes to the question In the past 12 months, has your child received healthcare outside of MN?, a Travel Status window displays with additional questions. These questions pertain to travel and healthcare received outside of Minnesota.
Any questions answered Yes, will notify Infection Prevention and generate an alert for clinicians with further information.
