Updates to the HAPI Bundle will require nurses to apply the Sacral Mepilex dressing for the following procedures and types of patients:
- Procedures anticipated >3 hours
- All cardiac procedures
- All neuro procedures
- All inpatients (except LSU)
- All ED patients going to surgery
