AYA Oncology Sushi Class

December 19, 2018, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., Falcon Heights

Join us Wednesday, December 19th from 6-8 PM to learn how to make hand-rolled sushi! We will learn from a local chef how to make three different sushi rolls and get to eat what we make. Spaces limited to oncology patients age 15-30 only.

Workshop for School Nurses: Bridging Care from the Clinic to the Classroom

This one day training will address updates and management in commonly diagnosed conditions impacting children in the school setting. Topics  including: asthma, diabetes, ADHD and depression, concussion and headache management. Health plans and care coordination to address clinical needs will also be discussed.

The Minnesota Wild is joining forces with the National Hockey League & National Hockey League Players’ association for Hockey Fights Cancer, an initiative to support national & local Cancer Research Institutions. This year, the dedicated Hockey Fights Cancer game will be Tuesday, November 27th.

Children’s Mental Health for Primary Care: The Early Years

Join fellow primary care clinicians to learn from local and national experts in pediatric mental health how to address gaps in practice and incorporate new information to effectively manage mental and behavioral health issues in children.
