The 6th annual Ray's Run honors Ray, who passed away from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) when he was 4 months old. Proceeds from the run benefit SIDS families. Register for Ray's Run.

Ride for Rocco

Create an account and sign up for the 12:30 class or 1:30 class at Cycle Bar in advance of Sept. 25, as class will fill up quickly. The cost (a minimum donation) is $25 and 100 percent of proceeds will go to Children's music therapy program in honor of Rocco.

Farewell Fish Fry

Before Ryan Foss and Erin Hammer of Endurance Limits USA row from California to Hawaii in an effort to raise money for Children's Minnesota and two other pediatric hospitals, join them in a farewell fish fry! One hundred percent of proceeds from the event will go toward their fundraising goal. Kids are welcome to attend!

Endurance Limits at Steele Fitness

In June, Minnesotans Ryan Foss and Erin Hammer will compete in the 2016 Great Pacific Race, an epic 3,000-mile journey on the world’s largest ocean from Monterey, California to Waikiki, Hawaii. To make the most of their adventure, they are raising money for Children’s Minnesota. Come out to Steele Fitness in Excelsior, 470 Water Street, on Wednesday, March 23, from 6 to 11 p.m., to meet Erin and Ryan, row alongside them, enjoy snacks and music and donate!

The Standard Fitness Challenge

Test your fitness, with friends, for Children’s! The Standard Fitness Challenge is a community fitness event that uses 10 body-weight exercises to measure your strength, power, speed and endurance against your friends, your city or yourself! Run, jump and sweat your way through the 10 exercises with the added motivation knowing each point you earn will go to helping Children’s Hospital. Each exercise is worth 100 points with a total of 1,000 up for grabs. We will be donating $.01 to Children’s Hospital for each point earned. That means, if you score 500 points, $5 will be donated on your behalf. Register as a team or go at it alone, either way, your sweat and effort will go to helping children.
