The program is available to both full-time and eligible part-time employees, such as:

  • All active, non-union employees scheduled to work at least 24 hours a week
  • MNA nurses scheduled to work 16 hours per week
  • Local 113 union employees scheduled to work 20 hours per week

Eligible dependents include:

  • Your spouse
  • Child(ren) up to age 26, unless they have coverage available through their own employer
