To enhance patient care, the Safety Plan PowerForm is now named Mental Health (MH) Patient Safety Plan. This update supports better visibility and continuity of mental health safety planning across patient visits.
Effective December 3, new behavioral risk assessments and protocol orders will be available to help manage behavioral escalations. New screening questions will be added to the ED Rooming Screening PowerForm and Admission Assessments PowerForms.
