Additional IView fields have been added to the Psychosocial Assessment and ADL Cares sections in preparation for the opening of the inpatient Mental Health unit.
Psychosocial Assessment
New fields have been added to the Psychosocial Assessment section:
- Hallucinations
- Thought Content
- Thought Process
Note: These fields are outside the Within Defined Limits (WDL) and should only be used if applicable to your patients.
New fields have been added for charting a detailed Psychosocial Assessment:
- Appearance
- Speech
- Interaction
ADL Cares Section
A new field has been added to the ADL Cares section:
- Personal Care Provided
Note: This field will only display in the Mental Health unit.
Effective October 18, 2022
