New options are available for families to receive notifications when a new message, document or result is available in their MyChildren’s account. Families can choose to receive text, email or push notifications. Notifications are available in English and Spanish.
Note: Families must have the MyChildren’s mobile app downloaded on their device to receive push notifications.

To control the notification settings, families need to log into their MyChildren’s account and access the Notifications option under Settings.
