Unless otherwise stated, auction items are nontransferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed by the listed expiration date. If no expiration date is provided, the auction item automatically expires one year from April 11, 2026.
Auction items that include experiences and packages may not be altered, modified, or substituted by the auction item winner. Reservations are required and subject to auction item donor availability, blackout dates, and scheduling restrictions. The auction item winner is responsible for any additional fees, upgrades, taxes, or travel expenses not expressly included in the auction item description or terms and conditions. Lost or misplaced certificates cannot be replaced.
Children’s Minnesota staff will facilitate an e-introduction between the auction item donor and the auction item winner for scheduling and fulfillment purposes. Children’s Minnesota is not liable for any cancellations, changes in availability, or personal injury or property damage arising from the use of auction items.

This seven‑night stay is available between June 1 and September 1, 2026, and December 1, 2026, through April 15, 2027, with blackout dates of March 13–21, 2027; final stay dates must be coordinated directly with the owners. Lift tickets are not included and must be purchased separately. There are no additional fees, as departure cleaning is fully covered. Ski equipment can be rented conveniently at multiple locations throughout Beaver Creek Village. Please note that the Elkhorn Chairlift typically operates from late December through late March, with operations dependent on snow conditions and determined solely by mountain operations. Airfare and other travel expenses are not included.
