Rehab (OT/PT/Speech) Summer Volunteer Application
This application is specifically for students enrolled in an academic track for Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy as a career, and encompasses all Children's sites (Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Roseville and Woodbury).

PAWH (AAT) Volunteer Application
This application is specifically for handlers with a Delta Society Registered Pet Partner, and encompasses all Children's sites (Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Roseville and Woodbury).
