Patients may receive email “get well” messages. Using your normal email process, address your message to [email protected] Put the patient’s name, hospital (Minneapolis or St. Paul) and room number (if known) on the subject line. A printed message will be delivered to the patient’s room. Delivery will be once a day, Monday – Friday. How to address concerns, complaints and grievances

At Children’s, we take great pride in the care we provide to our patients and their families. We want you and your child to experience the very best in care, comfort, and compassion throughout your visit to Children’s.

Whenever you have questions, concerns, comments or something that needs to be addressed immediately, the first person to talk with is your child’s physician, nurse, or another member of the health care team.

If after you have discussed your questions and concerns with the members of your care team and the issues remain unresolved, our Family Liaison is here to assist you during business hours or the Hospital Nursing Supervisor after hours.
