Our Boards of Directors
There are two boards of directors associated with Children’s Minnesota:
- The Hospital Board of Directors governs our hospitals, clinics and all other Children’s Minnesota staff and projects.
- The Children’s Health Care Foundation board of directors governs our foundation.
These boards are comprised of community leaders and Children’s Minnesota staff members who are selected based on their experience and expertise. They contribute their time and knowledge to forwarding our mission — overseeing decisions around facilities, staffing, policies, ethics and budget and finance.
