When you’re at Children’s Minnesota, we want your visit to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. We have a wide range of resources and services to make visits easier for families and patients – including videos that provide tips from families who have had experiences at Children’s Minnesota.
Interpreter services
Children’s Minnesota offers interpreter services in all languages. To provide the best possible care for all of our patients, in-person and phone interpreters are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are free of charge.

Hospital visiting guidelines
For the protection of all patients, do not visit the hospital if you are ill. Everyone will be screened for illness (including fever and cough) at the Welcome Desk before they can visit a patient. Parents or their designated substitute may visit at any time. All other friends and relatives can visit between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. See our complete list of hospital visiting guidelines.
