We are here when you need us. For your convenience we offer scheduled appointments 5 days a week with extended evening and weekend hours for those unexpected needs. Below are some guidelines about when to schedule an appointment and when to use walk-in Ready Care.

Feel free to call the clinic 24/7 for any concerns you may have about your child’s health. After clinic hours, calls will be handled by Children’s nurse triage service. They will help you determine how to proceed whether it’s coordinating a call-back from the pediatrician, scheduling an appointment or directing you to the emergency room.

Schedule an appointment

Please schedule an appointment for a new patient visit, well child exam, physical or if your child has any ongoing symptoms of the items listed below:

  • Headache
  • Abdominal pain
  • Constipation
  • Behavioral concerns
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Breathing issues
  • Children with special health care needs

To help us complete initial paperwork and concentrate on your child’s care, it’s best to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. That way, we can zip through the registration and insurance process (remember to bring your insurance card and co-pay) and concentrate on what’s most important to us — talking with you and taking care of your child.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment start time, you may need to wait, see a different clinician, or we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day.
  • No Shows: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
