Notice to parents of children who are 18 years of age or older:
West St. Paul Clinic will need written consent from your child in order to communicate with you about your child’s medical needs. If someone other than the parent or guardian is bringing a child to the clinic for care, written or verbal consent from parents is required for medical care.
