            My experience was exceptional. The provider Dr. Doan was very knowledgeable about my child's medical condition. He explains what was going on with my child in the simplest terms that even my husband could rephrase the condition to someone else who was at the visit.

            We are very satisfied in all aspects to continue attending this hospital. My daughter feels very comfortable and happy to be attending this hospital and very happy with her doctor.

            We really liked Dr. Doan. He was kind and informative. He told us why we were moving forward with certain tests and what the next steps were so we new what to expect.

            We ended up going to the wrong office at the right time. Even though we did that the staff at the office we accidentally went to was very helpful. They relayed the message to the correct office and the Dr. Offered to do the labs there so that the Dr at the right office was able to kind of move forward and then they were able to actually reschedule us so we could make the next appointment at the right office.

            This was our first time seeing Dr. Doan. He was amazing. Explained everything clearly, provided several opportunities for questions, and was on schedule for the appointment. Much better experience than our previous visits with other providers.

            Everything was great! I work in a medical office and everyone there was friendly and had a smile on their face! It was nice to see when most places are short staffed.

            The staff at this clinic couldn't be friendlier, more understanding or more empathetic to my child's health needs. I couldn't imagine seeing any other practioner for my kiddo. When my kid turns to me and says "I really like that doctor", I keep that doctor. :-)
