Work Here Wednesday: Patient Care Supervisors

Patient care supervisors work to manage and improve the operations on their units though assisting in the development and implementation of new systems and processes that support the work process and flow of the unit. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal staffing levels are met, as well as assist in staff development and performance management.

In this role, you will be an essential part of this, working with unit staff to ensure clinical quality and safety standards are met at the bedside, so we can continue to take the best care of kids and their families.

Seeking qualified candidates

  • Current BLS certification.
  • Preferred: Bachelor degree.
  • Unit-specific certifications must be completed within 6 months of employment.
  • Current Minnesota RN license.
  • Two years of RN experience, preferably with one year in a pediatric setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
