Congratulations to all Minnesota frontline health care workers for receiving the 2021 Melrose Twin Cities Principled Leadership Award. Caroline Njau, senior vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer at Children’s Minnesota, accepted the award on behalf of every frontline health care worker statewide. This recognition honors Minnesota’s health care heroes’ service and sacrifice throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Melrose Twin Cities Principled Leadership Award is presented by the University of St. Thomas’ Melrose and The Toro Company Center for Principled Leadership. The award honors community leaders who make positive impacts on the common good and promote an aspirational vision of responsible and responsive leadership.
