A curfew will be in effect from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday for several cities including Minneapolis and St. Paul. There are exemptions for those seeking emergency medical care. Check for road closures in the area and allow extra time for any trips to Children's Minnesota hospitals.
