We are excited to bring you the first annual collaborative conference between Children's Minnesota and the University of Minnesota, Department of Pediatrics. This two-day program offers practical information to help you stay current on relevant topics and recent advances in pediatrics important to your practice.
Thank you to all who helped us celebrate “95 years/25 together” to mark our 95th year of service to patients and families in the Twin Cities community and our 25th anniversary of bringing together the Minneapolis and St. Paul pediatric hospitals to form Children’s Minnesota.

Welcome to the 5th annual Pediatric Quality and Patient Safety Conference, a forum where we gather to collaborate and share best practices that promote optimal health care for children in our communities. This conference serves as an opportunity to educate care providers and leaders serving pediatric populations throughout the state of Minnesota. This year’s topics will focus on: humanizing health care, optimizing the patient, family, and staff experience, developing a safety culture within our organization, improving staff safety, and strategies that promote prevention of hospital associated conditions. We will also explore current and future trends in quality and patient safety both at the national and local level, as well as understanding Minnesota’s efforts in supporting health equity.
