The Minnesota Perinatal Organization conference is Sept. 19-20, 2019. Four Children’s-affiliated speakers are presenting state-of-the-art information on obstetric and newborn care practices.

We are excited to bring you the first annual collaborative conference between Children's Minnesota and the University of Minnesota, Department of Pediatrics. This two-day program offers practical information to help you stay current on relevant topics and recent advances in pediatrics important to your practice.

Join Children’s Clinical Ethics Department for our annual one-day ethics symposium to discuss how religious and cultural implications affect patients in end of life situations. With three engaging lectures by specialists in the field, participants will learn how to recognize cultural and religious based conflict, as well as strategies to have end of life discussions when such conflicts arise.

Welcome to the 5th annual Pediatric Quality and Patient Safety Conference, a forum where we gather to collaborate and share best practices that promote optimal health care for children in our communities.  This conference serves as an opportunity to educate care providers and leaders serving pediatric populations throughout the state of Minnesota.  This year’s topics will focus on: humanizing health care, optimizing the patient, family, and staff experience, developing a safety culture within our organization, improving staff safety, and strategies that promote prevention of hospital associated conditions.  We will also explore current and future trends in quality and patient safety both at the national and local level, as well as understanding Minnesota’s efforts in supporting health equity.

Join us in celebrating 25 amazing years at our Minnetonka Surgery Center on Tuesday, September 24, from 3-6 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided, along with activities the whole family can enjoy:
