We share our outcomes with you
Choosing where to bring your child for care is a major decision. We understand you want all the information you can get. And you want it in a clear, straightforward form that helps you make the right choice for your family.
That’s why we share our outcomes with you. In medicine, “outcomes” measure the end results of a treatment. By comparing our outcomes with those of other hospitals, locally and nationally, you can see how we rank in terms of keeping patients safe and healthy.
At Children’s Minnesota, we have the knowledge and experience to provide the best care for your child
As the region’s largest neonatal referral center, we care for some of the most fragile babies.
Our program is dedicated to newborns and babies and we do everything possible to keep them healthy. Our approach includes the foremost monitoring devices and techniques available in pediatric medicine.
Helping babies head home—and stay there
Along with our daily inpatient and outpatient care of infants, we are also studying precisely what leads to interruptions in an infant’s normal breathing process.
Some of our most current research focuses on hospital readmission rates in infants whose breathing is being monitored at home. We want to pinpoint if and why some babies return to Children’s Minnesota for care after discharge and what we can do to help babies thrive—at home.
Compiling this information helps us continue providing the region’s most outstanding apnea care for your baby and future generations.
