Children’s Minnesota launches fundraiser to support local kids fighting cancer

Children’s Minnesota is partnering with more than 30 local businesses during September for the Shine Bright for Cancer Kids campaign, the health care system’s annual fundraiser for its Cancer Kids Fund. Children’s Minnesota, home to the largest pediatric cancer and blood disorders program in the Upper Midwest, cares for nearly one thousand kids living with cancer every year, more than any other hospital in the state. The Cancer Kids Fund is an essential component of care, providing various services that bring comfort to families and supporting research to find new and better treatments.
