MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL (Jan. 29, 2026) — Mariana Quiroga has been promoted to vice president of marketing at Children’s Minnesota, effective Jan. 5, 2026. In her new expanded role, she will continue to lead all marketing and campaign strategy and execution, while taking on the responsibilities for digital content and strategy, including all owned digital channels and operations.

“Mariana’s strategic vision, creativity and unwavering dedication have elevated our marketing department. Her expanded role is a natural next step, and I’m thrilled to see her continue strengthening our brand, expanding our digital presence and championing the exceptional work of our Kid Experts,” said Hillery Shay, senior vice president, chief marketing and experience officer.

Quiroga joined Children’s Minnesota in 2021 as the senior director of marketing and leads a team of marketers, marketing operations and an internal creative agency. She launched health care professional marketing and has grown that skillset within her team. She has evolved the Children’s Minnesota brand positioning during her time to reflect current strategy and values. She also leads, together with the vice president and chief value officer, a 30-member cross-functional Experience Council executing on the vision to differentiate Children’s Minnesota on all experiences, from human to clinical, digital and environmental. Quiroga volunteers representing Children’s Minnesota on the Wilder Foundation board.

“I’m excited about this new role. Our team has so much momentum, and I can’t wait to keep building our brand and digital presence together. It’s an amazing privilege to support our Kid Experts, the families who count on us and the donors that help make our mission possible,” said Quiroga.
