Children’s Minnesota recognized by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal for corporate diversity

Children’s Minnesota was recently ranked 15th on the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s (MSPBJ) Corporate Diversity, Medium Companies List. This list highlights both the pediatric healthcare system’s diverse workforce, and its leadership among the 28 Twin Cities organizations recognized by the MSPBJ. Children’s Minnesota’s C-Suite was also among one of the top-three ranked organizations with the most diverse executive leadership team.

Currently, nearly 25% of Children’s Minnesota employees are people of color; as are about one-third of the organization’s C-Suite. Children’s Minnesota’s strategic plan includes continuing to diversify the organization’s workforce.

The MSPBJ’s Corporate Diversity, Medium Companies List was published in December 2021, and also includes the percentage of each organization’s board who are people of color, total employees and 2020 revenue.
