Monica Schiller named VP Operations, Clinical Service Lines and Ambulatory Services at Children’s Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL (Oct. 3, 2024) — Children’s Minnesota is pleased to announce that Monica Schiller has earned the new title of vice president of operations, clinical service lines and ambulatory services. The new title reflects the added responsibility Monica has taken on in addition to her ongoing leadership and strategic direction as vice president of ambulatory services.

In the role, Monica leads the strategy, growth and execution for Children’s Minnesota’s ambulatory division (primary care, rehabilitation, mental health and specialty care clinics), and key service lines within the organization’s 2025-2027 strategic plan, including cardiovascular, cancer and blood disorders, neurosciences, newborn and fetal, and ear nose and throat (ENT). She is also accountable for the operations of all these service lines, except for cardiovascular. She continues to partner with medical chiefs and nursing leaders to ensure these service lines meet growth, financial, quality, service and satisfaction goals.

Monica has been at Children’s Minnesota for nine years and held previous leadership roles at Allina Health and Park Nicollet Health Services.
