Rebecca Shore, LICSW

Since receiving my Master’s degree at the University of Kansas, I have been working with children and their families in medical and mental health settings. I have several years of experience in the area of children’s mental health, and most recently, I have been providing time-limited therapy services within a primary care clinic to children and adolescents who are working to manage their mental health symptoms related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, and disorders related to stressors and trauma. My work in this area has taught me so much about how young people communicate about mental illness as well as what adolescents and children and their families can learn to support them to manage some of their symptoms. I cannot imagine working with another population, and I truly enjoy my work and providing education to children and teenagers about managing mental health symptoms. I find that my work is very rewarding because of what I am constantly learning by supporting children to manage their mental health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, my two dogs, and enjoying the outdoors in every Minnesota season.
