MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL (Feb. 19, 2025) – Children’s Minnesota announced today the appointment of four new members to its Foundation board of directors, effective Feb. 20. The newly appointed members bring valuable experiences in business, finance and law. They will each serve a 3-year term.
“We are thrilled to welcome these four distinguished leaders and community advocates to the Foundation board of directors,” said Jennifer Soderholm, senior vice president, chief development officer and president of the Children’s Minnesota Foundation. “The perspectives and expertise of our board members are critical to guiding the Children’s Minnesota Foundation’s philanthropic work that fuels the kid experts at one of the largest pediatric health systems in the country.”
The newly appointed Foundation board of directors are:
- Anna Richo, retired chief legal and compliance officer and corporate secretary, Cargill.
- Brian Sefton, president, Clearwater Equity Group.
- Jimmy Sioris, managing director, wealth advisor, Cresset Capital.
- Shane Swanson, attorney and partner, Stinson.
