Children’s Minnesota has been recognized as one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s 150 top places to work in healthcare for 2025! This is the third year in a row we’ve received this recognition.
Becker’s highlighted our strong employee engagement culture, including the employee resource groups and leadership development programs like the Minnesota Black Fellows Cohort. Our 84.44% retention rate in 2024, continuous workplace improvements, and award recognition programs like “Champions for Children” were also noted.

Children’s Minnesota’s mission-driven, values-based culture was acknowledged for fostering inclusivity, collaboration and compassion through our “values in action” principles, which encourages staff to put kids first, listen, own outcomes, join together and be remarkable.
