After the screening, Dr. Chawla and fellow panelists Rachel Giannini, early childhood advocate and former preschool teacher, Luiz Maria Frias, president and CEO of YWCA Minneapolis, and Eric Jolly, president and CEO of the St. Paul and Minneapolis Foundations, spoke on the importance of the first five years of early childhood development and the consequences for American families if these critical years continue to be ignored.
