James Burroughs II joined Children’s Minnesota as chief equity and inclusion officer. James spoke with the Star Tribune about his hopes to increase racial diversity in Children’s Minnesota employees, in addition to hiring more LGBTQ workers and people with disabilities. CEO Dr. Marc Gorelick said he hopes that Burroughs “will look across the entire organization and help turn this from a series of what have been successful projects into something that is really woven into the fabric of the organization.”
