Children’s Minnesota is the only health care system in Minnesota to join the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion™
MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL – (May 1, 2018) – Children’s Minnesota joins the growing coalition pledging to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Marc Gorelick, MD, president and chief executive officer at Children’s Minnesota, has joined more than 400 CEOs as part of the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™.
By signing on to this commitment, Children’s Minnesota is pledging to take action to cultivate a workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected and where employees feel encouraged to discuss diversity and inclusion. The collective of more than 400 signatories have already shared a growing list of more than 400 best known actions across 19 key topic areas, exchanging tangible learning opportunities and creating collaborative conversations via the initiative’s unified hub, CEOAction.com.
