The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) named Children’s president and CEO Dr. Marc Gorelick the 2018 recipient of the prestigious Jim Seidel Distinguished Service Award. This annual award, presented by the AAP Emergency Medicine Section, recognizes an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the field of pediatric emergency medicine. Dr. Gorelick will receive the award at the American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference & Exhibition, in Orlando, FL on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018.
