To share more about what it’s like to work in HR at Children’s Minnesota, we spoke with Crisela Limos, a benefits analyst at Children’s.

Hear from Crisela

How long have you worked at Children’s?

1 year and 7 months

Can you tell me more about the work you do at Children’s?

I was hired last March as an LOA, Benefits & ESC Specialist, and in August I changed positions to a Benefits Analyst.

Why do you love working at Children’s?

I believe in our values and our goal of providing the best care for the children. I am proud to that I belong in an organization that has a worthy cause. When I look at a child, or children, I can see innocence, honesty, and simple and pure joy. These are characteristics that we can oftentimes leave behind as we mature. Serving the children is like working to sustain the basic values that make life meaningful.

We’re always looking for individuals who are driven to join us in our mission to champion the health needs of children and their families. Want to make Children’s Minnesota an even better place? Check out our open positions.
